I am so proud of myself for having a spirit of perseverance and proud of myself for trying to reach for more.
Life can be discouraging and we all have tough situations, I have sometimes felt like giving up, I refuse to quit. I am a true fighter and I welcome challenges as my victories are even sweeter when I overcome difficult obstacles.
As I strive to achieve my goals, I sometimes meet resistance, (fear, self-sabotage) but I disregard my instinct to throw in the towel, I ignore the voice telling me to give up as I now know that this voice means me no good and wants to stop me from moving forward.
I have noticed that my passion consumes my life. I look at my passions the same way I look at my loved ones, I think about them each day and recommit to them.
My faith is stronger because of my unbeatable spirit. I believe that broken relationships can be mended. I take the time each morning to reaffirm the beliefs that are important to me.
I also believe that I am meant to succeed, we all are, we all were born to succeed! Giving up is not an option, My mission is to claim what belongs to me.
Today, I am proud of my unbeatable spirit, I use it to give me courage to persevere. I commit to finding a way around challenges or obstacles, even when the path seems difficult. The more difficult the path the stronger I become the more courage I develop.
Ask your self these questions:
- How can I keep things from conquering me?
2. When have I been able to step back and let a situation play out?
3. Why does discouragement sometimes keep me from pursuing my dreams?
4. How can I be courageous through difficult situations?
5. What can I do for myself to push through?
I am free, I have the last say over what I believe as an adult. The only beliefs that I entertain are those that are self-nurturing.
I know beliefs drive behavior sometimes, Therefore, I critically analyze my thoughts. I see the world in a positive light. I only entertain ideas that are in line with who I truly am.
I nurture my self-esteem. I deserve success and happiness, I have the tools to achieve them. I can easily recall times when I have been successful. I hold the feeling of winning close to my heart.
I know I can achieve greatness just by being myself. There are many things that I can do better than anyone else. I cultivate and nurture my talents.
I am confident because I know my strengths. I repel against self-doubt.
I choose to believe in myself, even during challenging times. My sense of self is anchored in my knowledge that I am worthy of love and success. It comes from within.
Like anyone else, I make errors, but I turn them into learning experiences. Although I look to the future, I also take time to recall my past successes.
Today, I choose to release any lingering self-doubts. I realize that my performance can soar higher and higher as I continue to believe in myself. I take full advantage of Life’s many learning experiences.
- When has the fear of failure kept me from trying?
- What bearing does my past performance have on my present potential?
- How would my life change if I constantly visualized success?
We are only as strong as our beliefs, the power is in you!
Growing up we have always been told that we can do anything we put our mind to, or dream big, believe in yourself, you can do it if you just believe. We hear it in fairy tales, from our parents, teachers, and mentors.
We hear it but do we listen? not really. We grow up and think ya everyone says that because they love us.
I want you to take a minute and close your eyes, think back to a time when you were a kid. Think of that moment you believed in yourself so much that you did it!
example: when you got on a bike for the first time, how did you feel in that moment, scared, excited, anxious and nervous, all you wanted was to ride that bike so you could run and show your friends. Our parents would hold the back of the bike and run as we peddled, but god forbid they tried to let go! instant heart attack right!
Then as you started to believe in yourself you took off and all of a sudden you were on your own! you did it! you did it! all on your own.
As we grew up we kind of left that behind a little, so we are older, what ever happened to our belief system? our imagination our fight and our love for life!
We have all been victims of this rat race we call life, and if this is how you feel, it’s ok, just know that your belief system is running on empty. you have to get to a gas station immediately.
Every day is a new day, a new start to living your life! So today I challenge you to just believe in yourself! All you have is yourself, know body can do it for you but YOU! take a leap of faith, take a chance and just believe in yourself!
You have nothing to lose, start living!
I promise you that you will never go wrong!
Many people at some point may have made a statement that you have a lot of potential. We all have potential, but there’s rarely anyone around who can show us, tell us or advise us how to realize it. What good is potential if your’re unable to capitalize on it?
This is a funny thing, it can’t be qualified, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be cultivated.
Here are some tips to help you reach your highest potential:
- Work on your strengths. Your greatest achievements will likely be a product of your strengths, Expect to spend some time fully developing your ability to apply your strengths to all aspects of your life.
- Keep your eyes open. we all miss countless opportunities to maximize our potential and better our lives. We get stuck in the same mental routines and fail to see all the opportunities around us. An open mind is crucial to reaching your full potential.
- Work on your Weaknesses. While your weaknesses probably won’t take you far, they can certainly limit you. Most people avoid their weaknesses and refuse to work on them.
- For example, you can see this at the gym. People like to do exercises they’re already good at. However, they avoid the exercises they’re bad at like the plague.
- or when you were in school there was always that one subject you were not good at so instead of working on it to master it you ran from it and only studied the subject you were great at.
The most liberating feeling is to remove the restrictions I placed upon myself. My opportunities expand, my mind becomes more peaceful, in which I am able to accomplish more rather than wanting shelter from difficulties. I want the capacity to rise to anything the world has to throw at me!
I know I have created my own fears, which means I have the power to extinguish them.
Greater understanding of ones self makes life less scary.
I teach myself to let go of whatever is causing my fears, when I feel afraid or unsure, I bring my fears out into the open. Focusing on my breathing dispels my anxieties. My muscles relax and my thoughts are purified.
I live in the moment and avoid anticipating everything that could go wrong. It is prudent to make plans for typical challenges, like traffic delays and bad weather. But it is also essential to realize that many events are beyond my control.
I trust myself to handle whatever comes my way. Looking back on my past teaches me that I can triumph over challenging circumstances. I faced hardships head on. Taking prompt action teaches me that I am resilient. Finding solutions becomes my focus.
I acknowledge my feelings, I am gentle with myself when I feel uneasy. At the same time, I decide to move ahead anyway and fear shifts to the backseat.
Today I show great courage, I confront my fears and watch them go away. My fear will no long be holding me back from living a healthy fulfilled life!
- What do my greatest fears reveal about me?
- How can I overcome habits that reinforce my fears?
- How would being fearless change my life?
So what was the first thing that came to your mind?
- Fear of snakes
- Fear of spiders
- Fear of the dark
- Fear of heights
These are the first things that normally come to mind when asked the question?
The Fear I am referring to is the Fear that most of us are not even aware of:
- Fear of success
- Fear of failure
- Fear of commitment
- Fear of moving forward
Fear is self-sabotage! it’s that little negativity whispering in our ear “Don’t” you must not listen and courageously push forward.
